All sales at The Aspenite are final.

Because the majority of our items are consigned, we are unable to offer refunds or returns. Once an item has been purchased, it cannot be returned for a refund, exchange, or store credit.

We encourage customers to carefully inspect all items and ask any questions before completing a purchase. Our team is happy to provide additional details or assistance to help you make a confident decision.

In the rare event that an item is found to be significantly misrepresented at the time of sale, please contact us within 24 hours of purchase so we can review the situation.
