Shipping policy

Orders placed with The Aspenite are processed within 2–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. Delivery times may vary depending on your location and the shipping carrier selected at checkout.

Local Pickup

Local pickup is available for customers who select this option at checkout. Orders for local pickup will be ready within 2–3 business days, and you will be notified when your order is ready. Please bring your order confirmation when picking up your item.

Orders not picked up within the designated pickup window may be subject to cancellation at our discretion.

Please note that processing times may be extended during high-volume periods or holidays. The Aspenite is not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier once the package has been shipped.
